Comments

If a visitor leaves a comment on the site, we collect the data specified in the comment form, as well as the visitor's IP address and browser user-agent data for the purpose of spam detection.

An anonymized string created from an email address ("hash") can be provided to the Gravatar service to determine whether the visitor is using the service. Once a comment is approved, the user's profile picture will be publicly visible in the context of their comment.

If the visitor places an order or subscribes to the newsletter on the website, the data provided by him is used for the purpose of providing the service at the request of the visitor, administration of the website, as well as for the purposes required by law.

The user agrees that the site administration has the right to transfer his personal data to third parties, in particular courier services, postal organizations, telecommunications operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the user's requests made on the site.

 

In particular, personal data provided by the visitor – for example, name, surname, telephone number, etc. – may be provided to the carrier for the purpose of delivering the ordered products or to the e-mail distribution service for the periodic delivery of information in accordance with the visitor's subscription. The privacy policies of third parties are posted on their websites.

 

The personal data of the visitor may be transferred to the authorized bodies of the state authorities of Ukraine only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of Ukraine

Our site uses the LiqPay secure payment service to enable site visitors to pay for orders. Personal data entered by the visitor when making a payment in the LiqPay window relate exclusively to the LiqPay service and are not available on our website. Media files

If the visitor to the site is a registered user and uploads photos to the site, it is recommended to avoid uploading images with EXIF metadata, as they may contain information about the user's GPS location. Other site visitors can get this information by downloading the image.

Contact forms

If a visitor uses the contact form to send a message on our site, he provides his name, which may be a fictitious nickname, and email address, as well as any other data that he includes in the message at his discretion. This data is used exclusively for the purpose of processing the visitor's message and is stored for the time necessary to perform the processing of the message and related actions, unless another term is established by law and is not required for security purposes.

Cookies

If a visitor leaves a comment on our site, he can enable the saving of his name, email address and website address in the cookies of his browser. This is done for ease of use of the site, so as not to fill in the data again when commenting again. These cookies are stored in the browser for one year.

If the visitor has an account on the site and he logs in, we will set a temporary cookie to determine whether his browser supports cookies, this cookie does not contain any personal information and is deleted when the visitor closes the browser.

When logging into the account, we also set several cookies with login data and screen settings. Login cookies are stored for two days, cookies with screen settings - one year. If a visitor selects the “Remember me” option, the login details will be stored for two weeks. Login cookies will be deleted when you log out of the account.

When editing or publishing an article, an additional cookie will be stored in the browser, it does not contain personal data, but only contains the ID of the entry edited by the visitor and expires after 1 day.

The visitor can disable the possibility of using cookies in his browser. This disconnection may cause the impossibility of accessing parts of the site that require cookies for full functioning.

You can also request the deletion of this data, this does not include data that we are required to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
